Holiday entitlement calculator
Working out annual leave becomes a little more complicated when somebody works part-time, works different hours or joins or leaves part-way through the leave year.
Our Holiday Entitlement Calculator works in days or hours and can calculate entitlement based on an employee’s working pattern, your full-time allowance and the UK statutory minimum.
It can also adjust the calculation for employees joining or leaving during the holiday year.
Statutory Sick Pay calculator
The rules around Statutory Sick Pay changed in April 2026, so we’ve built our Statutory Sick Pay Calculator around the current 2026/27 rules.
Add the employee’s sickness dates, average weekly earnings and usual working days and it will estimate the SSP due.
If your business offers company sick pay, you can also add your own scheme to compare the two.
